Corporate Mission

Providing solutions to the banking industry for clients having short term (12 to 24 months) financial and funding needs whereby real estate secured loans must be called due to loan covenants not being achieved on a consistent basis. ITC Commercial Funding (ITCCF) will payoff Bank’s loan and provide interest only funding to the client(s) with cash flow problems that resulted  in “bottom line” problems. ITCCF is a full doc lender and does not offer any stated programs. Our principals come from a banking background and understand the value of continuing good client relationships when financial problems occur with clients (business and personal). The depository relationship can continue with Bank.

Financial solutions for problem accounts where the client consistently fails to meet quarterly financial requirements of Bank.

Training

ITCCF will provide training on site for interested Banks providing early detection of potential problems and corrective action including bank contact with ITCCF.

Our typical client continues to be the bank’s depository client but ITCCF’s commercial loan client until financial issues are resolved.

We have a long history of serving our customers beginning in 1896 with the founding of ITC Phone Company in West Point, Ga.
