ITC Commercial Funding offers commercial mortgage services for traditional properties and non traditional properties, such as multifamily, mixed-use, office, retail, warehouse, mobile home park, bed & breakfast, self storage, light industrial, flagged hospitality, rooming house, church/auditorium, marinas, funeral homes, auto services, special purposes, day care center, unflagged hospitality, land, restaurant, car wash, RV park, A&D.

ITC Commercial Funding handles all types of funding for commercial transactions including: Bridge or short term loans, Construction loans, SBA loans, Bank, Conduit and Insurance Company Funding, and Private Investor Funding. We also specialize in a new construction loan program for retail, multi family and others.
